  • 6 oz cold brew by Hug in a Mug Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 5 raw cream cubes
  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  1. If you do not use Hug in a Mug Coffee you will need to modify recipe. For any other brand of cold brew coffee use 4 oz cold brew and 4 oz water.
  2. If you do not use raw cream, I recommend replacing with coconut milk
  3. Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into cup or place straw in blender jar and keep dirty dishes to a minimum :)
